Since august 2019 the Boutique Hotel Auberge is managed by the two dedicated hosts. Before their engagement in Langenthal they opened and managed successfully the Restaurant essen'z. in Brugg. Both of them graduated at the hotel management school in Lucerne . Kathrin Spillmann is a qualified sommelière. Andri Casanova is an accomplished chef and has worked in a number of prestigious restaurants including the Restaurant Adelboden by Franz Wiget.
