Because we are all the future...

Enabling the future through business-oriented integration

Sustainability is a topic that concerns everyone. As a personal sign of our responsibility, we are committed to actively supporting people with mental illnesses in their professional integration into the 1st labor market.

Our commitment

We offer training and educational opportunities in a realistic and labor market-oriented environment in the following areas

  • Service
  • Kitchen
  • Lingerie and Housekeeping.

If no employment can be offered in the house itself, the job coaching offers an active hand in the job search.

Acquire important key skills in a realistic environment

During their stay at our hotel, the participants are integrated into the hotel's day-to-day operations and into the existing team.

They acquire and train job-specific skills in a friendly environment, enabling them to work in the 1st labor market as future employees.

All participants receive a reference relevant to the labor market upon successful completion of their assignment.

Optimal support through a strong partnership

We work in close cooperation with the psychiatric services of the SRO Langenthal, which guarantee the professional implementation of the measures in accordance with the guidelines of the cantonal IV agencies.

Psychosocial support as well as case management is provided by trained and experienced specialists in the field of psychiatry and work reintegration.

The participants are optimally supported and encouraged, taking into account their health situation.

Sponsorship of the Solidarity Cooperative

The Solidarity Cooperative was founded in 2005. It runs several services with the aim of supporting the social participation of mentally ill people.

Cooperative members are the communities of the region as well as companies and private individuals.

With the Boutique Hotel Auberge Langenthal, the Solidarity Cooperative fulfills its second statutory mission, the promotion of the professional integration of mentally ill people.

Financing

The hotel operation is self-supporting as a market-oriented company in the first labor market.

The Boutique Hotel Auberge Langenthal, as a legitimate implementing agency, carries out measures on behalf of the cantonal IV offices, based on the existing tariff agreement.

The activities of the integration management are led effect-oriented as a non-profit enterprise.

Thanks to

The property is a generous donation from the Mäxi Foundation Langenthal, which, through a substantial building contribution from an anonymous donor and the "Tower" bequest, enables the realization of the second statutory mission, the promotion of the professional integration of mentally ill persons.

We would also like to thank private individuals and companies for their financial support in the form of cooperative certificates, donations and sponsorship contributions.
